By booking, confirming, or presenting your dog for grooming services with Woofy Wash Pet Grooming in Helensburgh, you acknowledge and agree that grooming involves the use of sharp tools and equipment including clippers and scissors. While every care is taken, there remains an inherent risk of minor cuts, nicks, abrasions, clipper irritation, and exposure of pre-existing skin conditions, particularly in sensitive areas such as the armpits, groin, ears, and tail, especially for dogs with thin or delicate skin. You accept that if your dog is matted or has a compromised coat, a humane shaving process may be necessary, which could reveal or cause skin irritation, sores, or underlying conditions. Additional charges may apply based on coat condition, behaviour, and the time required, with your dog’s comfort and welfare prioritized over cosmetic outcomes. You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information regarding your dog, including any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioural concerns such as anxiety or aggression. You acknowledge that Woofy Wash is not liable for any issues that arise from undisclosed conditions. By proceeding with the booking, you agree that Woofy Wash will not be held responsible for minor injuries that may occur during grooming, and any veterinary treatment required due to pre-existing conditions, matting, skin issues, or behaviour-related incidents is your responsibility. You also agree that all reasonable care will be taken and that you will be informed as soon as practicable in the event of an incident. Furthermore, you acknowledge that Woofy Wash reserves the right to stop, refuse, or cancel a groom at any time should your dog exhibit aggression, high stress, or be deemed unsafe to handle, and that charges may still apply for time spent on the service.
Cancellation Policy: At Woofy Wash Pet Grooming, appointments are reserved exclusively for your dog. Late cancellations and no-shows make itdifficult to offer those appointments to other clients.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24hours notice will not incur a fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice a 50% booking fee will be required before another appooiintment can be made. This payment will be credited towards the cost of your next grooming appointment. If that rebooked appointment is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice results in a no show, the 50% booking fee will be forfeited and retained by Woofy Wash Pet Grooming. Any future booking will require a new booking fee.
You understand that all prices are estimates that may vary depending on coat condition, size, behaviour, and time required, with payment due upon completion of the service. Late collections may incur additional fees. You consent to Woofy Wash taking and using photographs or videos of your dog for business and marketing purposes unless otherwise advised prior to your appointment. Woofy Wash reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion where conditions are unsuitable, or safety and welfare are at risk.
Late Arrivals and Collections: Appointment times are reserved exclusively for your dog. Dogs must be dropped off and collected at their scheduled times. A 15-minute grace period applies. Late drop-offs or collections exceeding 15 minutes may incur a fee of $20 for each additional 15-minute period (or part thereof). Repeated lateness may result in future bookings being declined. By confirming or attending an appointment, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
